Rates
include lodging and breakfast.
There
is a 2 nights' minimum stay and a 10% discount for stays of seven days
or longer.
Monthly rates are available upon request.
Single
night stay, when available at $10 extra.
Add
$10 for each additional guest.
DEPOSIT
A
confirmation deposit equal to one night or one-third of the total
(whichever is greater) is required
with
your reservation.
Deposits are charged to your credit card to confirm your reservation.
All
balances are due in full at check-out. Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard,
American
Express, and Discover are accepted.
CANCELLATION
Reservations require cancellation 7 days prior to reservation date to
receive a refund less a $20 service fee.
For
cancellations with shorter notice, your deposit will be returned (less
the service fee)
ONLY
IF the accommodation is rebooked
The
Rendez-Vous Bed & Breakfast is a smoke free environment. Children are
welcome with
no charge under 12 years old.

arrival by special arrangement
Check-in time: 4:00-6:00PM
Check-out time: 11:00 am
As an
added value, our superb local restaurant ( Le
Rendez-Vous Restaurant ) located
within
a 10 minute drive, offers all B/B guests a special 15% discount.
You
may dine at the restaurant or can be delivered to your accommodation.
Smoking on patio only, pets possible, Children welcome.
The
European hosts ( French and Spanish ) enjoy assisting with travel and
sight seeing plans.
